How to Change Your Mental Codes
What can I say? Your life is about to change and I will make a forecast (not a prediction). The change you are about to experience is going to be wonderful or terrible. What will be the determining factor? Your Mental Codes(R).
You may be programmed with your Mental Codes like most people. People create negative experiences due to having predominate negative emotional thinking. The meaning behind all of this is the negative thoughts you have most of the time produce your emotional charges.
Pay attention to your thoughts throughout the day to identify how your individual Mental Codes are programmed. Tomorrow, as you go through your day, pay attention at what thoughts and patterns of thinking (negative or positive) seem to resurface throughout the day.
You may notice the same thoughts or at least the same thought patterns that produce similar emotions. It is these emotions that a person becomes addicted to and needs to reproduce in order to satisfy the neuro-chemical secretions (natural drug) that are produced in the brain.
The first step in breaking the addiction of negative Mental Codes is to notice what your thought patterns are and immediately, voluntarily, replace the recognized negative Mental Code with a positive thought. Simple, isn’t it?
In order to upgrade your life to the next level, begin reprogramming your thinking. Remember, I am sharing with you a very basic way to reprogram yourself.
What you will find amazing about this Mental Codes discovery is how people live with producing wrong thoughts and actions counter to what they would like to have. Because they are thinking the wrong thoughts, most people end up producing things they do not want in life.
