How To Train Your Mind And Body Like A Warrior For Incredible Results

Your body adapts very quickly to whatever stimulus you apply to it. Thus, if you want to keep on getting results you have to keep on pushing the envelope.

Unfortunately, constantly pushing the envelope is easier said than done. After all, getting out of your comfort zone on a consistent basis is uncomfortable.

So without further ado, here is how to set your mind in the right mode to obtain peak training:

1. Try new things: Now you can’t just do this once and expect to notice a change. You need to engrain a consistent habit of switching things up so that your mind doesn’t fear change. And if you do this outside of your physical training, you will still get the psychological benefits.

2. Measure up the risk: Many times, trying a new routine, taking a different class or training with a superior athlete can seem daunting. One good strategy here is to measure the specific risk of taking said action. Most of the time, you will notice that your fears are grossly exaggerated.

3. Create mental rehearsals of the next level: Training within your mind’s eye is one of the most underrated and underused techniques out there. By doing this, not only do you reduce psychological apprehension, but you also prime your nervous system for the real deal.

4. Don’t be a lone wolf: Instead, seek support groups that can make the tasks seem less risky and daunting. Finding a great exercise partner, for instance, is a great way to tackle the next level you need to get to. Just make sure your partner isn’t a motivational drain.

5. Chunk the task: If you jump into the deep end in one shot, you may end up in shock. Instead, break down the level you want to achieve into manageable chunks and complete them piecemeal. This will reduce the difficulty of the task and reduce psychological load.

Since you are given such a smart body, you have to keep on changing the challenges to keep on seeing results. If you don’t, you will plateau and lose motivation very quickly. So take action on this information today!
