Sometimes, fear is good thing, but often that’s not the case. Generally, fears are unhealthy if they relate to something that doesn’t pose a threat in reality (a moth, for example) or if they relate to something that’s inevitable (death, for example). These unhealthy fears sway our decision making processes in potentially detrimental ways. By contrast, healthy fears relate to true dangers (lung cancer, for example) – if someone gives up smoking due to a fear of cancer, that is a logical, beneficial response to something they have some control over.

There are other examples of healthy fears that deal with more immediate dangers, and many of these seem to be rooted in our genetic makeup. Fear of falling stops us from playing Frisbee on rooftops, for instance. Similarly, a fear of debt or losing property can help ensure we turn up to work every day. Healthy fears are an important part of making sensible life decisions. They encourage us to take a step back and evaluate how our choices will affect us and they help us avoid putting ourselves in danger.

Unhealthy fears, on the other hand, can lead to inactivity and can prevent you from making progress in your life. These fears are irrational responses to dangers that only exist in the mind. They can have a paralysing affect on people, so that they avoid doing anything that would mean confronting that fear.

Calculated risk-taking is an important part of life, but fear of failure, for instance, can prevent this and stop you moving forward as a result. Fear of loss or rejection is another fairly typical problem – this can cause you to keep people at arm’s length, and means you will exclude yourself from potentially fulfilling relationships.

If you feel that your life is stagnating, this may well be due to irrational fears that can be addressed with professional help.

In the event you could find what has been holding you back in your life, become debt free and invest far more time with your family, friends and community, might you? In what seemed to be the most unlikely of places, I discovered one key to help you unlock a time vault for new life experiences.

My seven year old came to me whilst I had been enjoying the world news and said, “Daddy, exactly why are you watching that show, it only shows crazy and lifeless men and women.” I right away powered down the tv and said, “You are correct, what should we go do instead?” We grabbed the dog for a stroll to the dog park. On the way we stopped at a neighbor’s house and invited their kids, which also were watching television, to join us on the walk to the dog park. We took one hour on the stroll and visited the play area.

Soon after getting the children into bed, I thought a lot more about my encounter that evening. It had taken a child to point out to me that I ought to not waste my own precious time looking at killing and dying TV. Then it dawned on me, I believe a lot of people don’t actually recognize that time is their most treasured commodity. It really should be valued and protected against abuse. Now I fully grasp most of us might take pleasure in a movie every once in a while, but I suppose we can all recognize, people today are entertainment enthusiasts. We are entertaining ourselves straight to poverty of the mind, body and soul.

It depends on our potential to self-govern. If we would like much less individuals to control us, we must first discover to cultivate a self-governing philosophy. It is not the little lapses in self-governing habits that will make a difference much, however if all of these errors in judgment are replicated again and again, the effects would cause tragedy. A lot of these errors aren’t so clear and in fact, nearly appear “normal.” Have a examine your own routine. Just how soon after entering your property is the television set on and the verbal exchanges between the family members members decreased? For an experiment, keep the lovely new LED, LCD, HDTV off for the evening hours. See what occurs. After 1 night, try it for a second time. Transform it into a specialized event to watch television.

Change is effortless, but several believe change is hard. Change should be as simple as changing our clothes. A large number of routines are easy to accomplish and straightforward not to do, but change does require you to improve your capacity to self-govern. It is just as effortless to opt for a 30 minute walk as it is to watch TV for 30 minutes.

Is it actually that much of a leap to think about what you might have the ability to achieve in the course of the 7pm to 10pm prime time hours. Could you read a book on getting out of debt? Might you take stock of the skills and assets you possess, and find a brand new career? Perhaps you experienced a passion of different languages as a young adult and you’ve found out that learning a computer language like Oracle, can be like learning any other language. By way of your new capability to self-govern, you put your self on self-guided online IT training such as oracle adf training courses. This leads you to acquiring your Oracle database Certification, which leads to the new career, which gets you out of debt. Simple to accomplish? Yes. Simple not to do? Yes.

Your life might be as totally free as you choose, so choosing wisely is crucial. Clearly setting down the remote is just 1 example of making a lot more time for those things in life that matter most to you.

Colin Coffey has over 25 years of know-how as an IT guru and CIO for several organizations. Over the years, he has recognized a vast need amongst hefty and small companies for learning resources and workplace tools for IT training like oracle training programs that include Oracle ADF training, Oracle APEX training, and supplementary Oracle courses.

If you get some time out for yourself in day to day hectic schedule and spend some time with your own mind instead, you will find that it harbors many a questions which crop up now and then. Most of these questions are fundamental ones, very basic in nature to your life, to your sheer existence, the answers to which can only be provided by the journey called Spiritual Regression.

The elemental questions that rise in our mind about who we really are or the purpose of our life have struck us time and again. The various experiences, struggles and the understandings since our childhood mainly help us grow to what we really are or become in a lifetime. Beyond this the truth about our existence is very vague to the normal human thought process. Certain tools related to spiritual regression namely Past Life Regression or even Life between life regressions help us in finding out this truth about ourselves.

By spiritual Regression, one primarily refers to the past life regression technique. Starting from the age old, spiritually advanced philosophies of Hinduism to modern western concepts of theosophy, the core belief central to all this is that your soul is immortal and it journey’s from one physical body to another after the death of the former. Thus, past life regression involves the journey through your lifetimes of such past births.

Hypnotic induction is a method of inducing past life regressions in an individual. This method is not concerned with the act of making the subject unconscious. In this case the person is subjected to an increased sense of focus and concentration wherein he or she becomes opaque to any type of external disturbances and this helps in recalling the various memories of the past which are deeply embedded in his subconscious. The inductor induces this intense focus with the help of various instructions and suggestions and thus helps in bringing back the flashes of memories of the subject’s past lives.

Hence, with the help of leading questions like ‘where do you see yourself?’, ‘what kind of clothes are you wearing?’, ‘what language do you speak?’ etc the subject journey’s through his previous lifetime and more importantly his death. A journey through one’s own death is a liberating experience and helps a person to see the bigger perspective of his existence. He comes to know who he really is beyond the personality developed in his present birth.

The subject through such a session is enlightened about certain hidden aspects about his life and the reasons for his dwelling on the face of the earth. Various questions regarding certain fears, intense desires and the sole purpose of living are answered through such a spiritual regression. The doubts raised by one’s inner self get unveiled and the person becomes surer of his own self in the long run.

Life between life regressions is another avenue of experiencing spiritual regression. This is made possible through intense meditation with advanced techniques and also through astral projection wherein the inner spiritual self is separated from the physical body and the former can visualize the latter and also the world by traveling to a higher astral plane and a different conscious realm all together.

Lucid dreaming is also another example of life between life kind of a spiritual regression wherein the person dwells in the sphere of his dreams consciously. Thus, this is also another way of regressing to another life in between one’s present life time. Moreover, instead of going into one’s past life, hypnotic induction can also be used to experience newer and unique things, which is another example of a life between life spiritual regression.

Having a friend or family member diagnosed with cancer can be a real life rattling situation. Here are a few points that should help to keep you grounded through such a situation.

1. Realize that it was not your doing – You have to know that none of your deeds could have possibly caused your loved one to get cancer.

You have to let that thought go and focus on how you can help them fight it.

2. You are not a healer – If it is your child that has been diagnosed with some sort of cancer it will be up to you to make the important decisions for them. If it is an adult then all you can do is be there for them in all the ways that you can. You however cannot heal them of their cancer.

The rest of it is then left up to them. They will have to be determined to beat the illness and all that you can do now is to give them the support that you can.

3. Cancer does not make them a different person from who they were before the illness – It is a difficult challenge to battle cancer and this may make their behaviors quite different. The bottom line is however, they are still the same person that you knew before the onset of cancer.

4. It is not a mistake to feel like you need some help and support yourself – You too will have challenges in your path that were not present before just like your loved one with cancer. It is totally reasonable for you to also seek some counseling to help you deal with what lies ahead.

5. Do not feel helpless – There are some things that you obviously cannot do about the situation but there are a lot of things that you can do to make the road smoother. Do not feel like nothing you do will make the situation any better.

See more of this author’s articles about items such as bed wedge pillow and down throw blankets.

To recollect your past life memories or reincarnations past life regression is carried out and this therapy makes use of hypnosis to do so. Past life regression therapy is undertaken to pursuit a spiritual experience.

When this technique is carried out the person concerned is required to answer few questions under hypnosis effect which helps the past life events to get revealed. In this therapy the old incidents related to the past life are experienced.

We may have come across some individuals who carry past life memories which seem to bother them in their current life. There are also some people who are curious about their past life. Another reason for this therapy is purposes of recreation. Hypnosis is carried out on the person whose past is to be found out and this therapy makes use of some questions which helps to discover about past life. A series of questions are asked and one after another the person answers those questions which lead to past life events and other details.

Essentially past life regression is carried for two purposes. First is to find out the past life and secondly for past life healing which helps the person to forget the past event. There are many audios and videos obtainable in the market for inducing this in addition to meditation for enhancement of the past life. By recalling our past life we may be able to unfold many of the events that might be bothering us.

To achieve therapeutic benefit as well this is carried out. However there are some dangers also associated with this. There have been instances when a person is unable to come out of his past and his personality gets completely altered.

Those who practice this therapy make use of hypnosis to achieve the desired result and suggestion to encourage and remind of past lives, and makes use of a succession of questions deliberated to draw out statements and recollections about the history of the past life and distinctiveness. Some other technique used for this is bridging technique that is utilised by some practitioners for bringing past life events to conscious attentiveness.

It is a belief that unresolved issues from past life may have an impact on the current life. Vivid memories are experienced as those based on proceedings experienced in one’s life. There is mention about past life regression in the Upanishads of ancient India. We discover our true selves with past life regression therapy and understand about who we really are.

This therapy is also a typical way to embark upon problems hidden in the subconscious mind. We get enabled to tap our inner wisdom with the help of this therapy and utilize this wisdom to show us and make us aware of things and how work through those things.

It is in a state of relaxation that the person undergoing the past life regression therapy is able to recollect the past life events and other happenings.

Spiritual Regression can be termed as the greatest journey ever – it is a journey covering lifetimes towards the attainment of the answer of the most basic and fundamental questions of man’s existence in this world. The question of ‘Who am I’?

There are numerous questions all around us that raise many doubts in the human brain. The questions about who we are in reality, being the most. We are always in quest of finding the apt answers to such questions. The real self is always in a collision course with whatever we are in the present life and the inner self always makes us question Who am I? What is the truth?

The most vital question that human beings have dwelt upon is the one about the purpose of his own life in this world. Many have tried to find out the most appropriate answer and doing this have spent almost a lifetime. We have tried to find what deeds of ours will make us totally happy and satisfied and why we actually are surviving on the face of the earth. These questions have time and again struck our brains.

Our beliefs about ourselves from childhood mostly steers the way we become when we grow up and start to live a life where we can decide things for ourselves and act accordingly. All childhood experiences be it at home or school have resulted in you developing the idea bout how you are, what situation your life is in.

These beliefs presumably are based on circumstances that have occurred during one’s childhood. The person we become and the things we do depend on a combination of our personality and ego and these too somewhat vaguely answer the questions about the real self. But what beyond our present life’s personality and ego? Thus questions about the existence of life can be answered satisfactorily only though a bigger platform.

Spiritual regression thus is that journey which is profoundly spiritual and lets you see the bigger picture, or in other words, shows you your real self and your purpose in the bigger perspective. Past life regression or Life between life regression sessions are the tools of undertaking spiritual regression wherein you journey to all your past lives, the lifetimes you have led, the death of each and through the ethereal planes into the rebirth yet again till you have come to your present birth.

Undertaken with the help of the method of hypnotic induction, an individual’s mind is taken to a state of intensely heightened focus where it ceases to respond to all external stimuli and focuses on the memory of his past lives digging into the information that is buried deep into its subconscious.

Spiritual regression thus helps us to use the platform to excavate the answers to the questions about the true purpose of our existence. It helps us to get an insight into whoever we were in the past and also the things that we are able to do. It makes us see our full potential, unleashes our creativity within and in a way helps us to find our real self.

It is a belief that reincarnation occurs when the body soul, post the body death returns to the Earth in the form of a newborn. Those who have a belief in past lives reincarnations have a belief that the soul goes through reincarnation.

Reincarnation is a belief by both Hindus and Buddhists. The Hindu religion believes that reincarnation takes place because of the soul and karma. Karma refers to the deeds carried over one’s lifetime. According to the Hindu scriptures the soul is eternal and remains alive; it gets into different human bodies and changes its forms.

There is only change of the physical body and personality in different lifetimes, however there is constancy of the soul, and new lessons are learnt with each incarnation.

The reincarnation theory states that there are many physical forms of the soul for a long time until freedom is attained from the necessity of being in physical form. When the soul reaches this stage, it gives up the physical plane forever for enjoyment of eternal bliss. But not everyone has a belief in this theory there are some people who do not have faith in the theory of past lives reincarnation. And there are people who believe that past occurrences have an impact on our present lives. It is because of our past karmas that we go through poverty, illness, depression, etc in our current life. Hypnotic therapy like regression helps explain this theory even further.

Buddha has taught us the concept of reincarnation or rebirth basis meditation and his own direct experience. With meditation many Buddhist Yogis develop their capability to recollect the past lives of not only theirs but others too. This can also be developed by us by doing meditation in the same way. We can too recollect our past lives if we place our belief on Buddha’s reincarnation theory and practice meditation.

Reincarnation is also known by tow more names like metempsychosis or transmigration. Forms of reincarnation can be human, animal or plant. Human form reincarnation is not the only form of reincarnation and this is primarily dependant on the religion or philosophy. The reincarnation finally works toward escaping from the karma of life, death and rebirth.

Two religions which deeply believe in this theory are Hinduism and Buddhism. Nonetheless not all the people have faith in this philosophy and some even disregard the theory completely.

There are two varying thoughts on reincarnation theory, one theory in support of reincarnation and the other one which opposes it. The support basically comes from two religions, Hinduism and Buddhism and those who oppose this theory have no faith in the theory of rebirth or reincarnation. On the Indian television some programs have been shown which reiterated the philosophy of past lives reincarnation. Existence of reincarnation has been proved through the process of Hypnosis through which past life regression is done.

There are different reasons to get a past life regression therapy and the person who carries this out is a past life regression therapist. Some of the reasons for this therapy include resolution of one’s karma, for personal growth and/ or improvement in relationships. A common way to conduct a past life regression therapy is hypnosis.

A past life regression therapist should be chosen carefully and only a person who is certified must be selected to conduct this therapy.

The best way to search for the therapist is to look through the internet facility or inquire from a metaphysical bookstore that might be aware of them. You must also be clear about a past life regression therapist and a psychic.

A psychic informs you about your past life on the other hand a past life regression therapist put you under hypnosis. The impact of a regression therapy is different on different individuals. When one is recalling the memories one may get emotional too.

There are many people who believe in past life and get answers to their concern about the current life emotional chaos. Our present life gives us many challenges that we have to face. There is a connection of these challenges with the emotional chaos from the past lives which are not yet resolved. Doubts, illness then arises due to this unresolved chaos. With the help of a past regression therapist one can permanently work against, decide and let go the effects of the past life on the current life.

The therapy induces a state of trance and posts this past life experiences unfold. The technique that is used then is the questioning, inquiring technique which supports in bringing out these experiences. Once experiences are learnt about, recommendations are provided.

Hypnosis is one of the ways to induce state of trance; one can even make use of guided meditation for the same. There are different stages that one goes back to during this therapy, beginning with childhood memories, womb life and after this to the past life where there were different kinds of experiences and finally to life among life state.

The process includes integration of the participant first, then disintegration and eventually alters the concerns under the therapist’s guidance. It is important to look for a certified therapist to carry on this therapy to get the accurate and correct outcome.

Memories that are recalled in the past life regression therapy can vary from harmless to in fact rising misery in the patient or the concerned families. There are vivid memories experienced as those which have a base on proceedings experienced in one’s life. It is not possible to distinguish from factual memories of real events. This can even lead to a damage be tough to undo. Hence it is all the more important to go to a certified and experienced therapist for this therapy to be conducted.

It is always a very great achievement when kids get to the age of three years since some parents always worry that their children would get to some dangerous stage or get into harm’s way as they continue to grow older. Yet children must grow and be the joy of their parents.

On hitting the age of three, kids become more skillful in many areas of life. They begin to acquire a bigger vocabulary even to reach 1000 words, and use longer sentences. As they as are eager to practice their vocabulary, they enter into endless conversation but parents need not worry too much about this; in fact they should be encouraged.

When children hit the age of three, they are already potty-trained but some might still be struggling with the issue of bedwetting sometimes which might even go up to age five years. At this age, you will find them practicing the use of the alphabet and figures.

The fast three year olds will begin to raise their three fingers to indicate their age and even start recognizing different colors a little.

Usually at this stage the kids would also begin to practice social skills which they do at their daycare or preschool with their many classmates whom they regard as dear friends.

This is because this age does not allow them much differentiation because they cannot tell who a friend is because they only care about whom to play with. You might be very surprised to find them creating imaginary friends but do not be worried.

The playtimes will be more fun and the children become very possessive over their toys. They will most of the time make a big scene as emotions keep running high and all that the parents need to know is that this is part of growth.

If you notice your child clinging too much to certain objects, it shows that they are still feeling a bit insecure but do not worry since it is still about their growth at this point. Notice also how over active they become but the annoyance and headache will turn to joy some day; so just remain focused.

There seems to be a lot of people lately that have started to hire life coaches to get them through their lives. This is because many find them to be a cheaper and more effective option than psychologists or psychiatrists who basically just assess them and charge a lot of money into the bargain.

The only problem is that life coaches do not in fact have any sort of license to practice, so can we really be sure that they are qualified enough to mentor people through their journey of life.

As long as your concerns are not of a medical nature then there is no reason why life coaches cannot be of assistance in guiding you through your life journey. Life coaches are ideal if you are looking for motivation or re-direction in your life as well as reassurance.

By reassuring you the life coach can let you see your concerns and help you to become accountable for your actions in order to overcome these concerns. You can then advance in life to achieve the goals that you have set yourself.

Ideally your life coach will know all about what your limits are and will get you to work within those limits to achieve your goals in life. They will know where your fears and weaknesses are and try to get you to face up to them and work through them in order to succeed.

These life coaches do not glean their experience from textbooks they are taken from real life situations. They will give you strategies that have already been proven to work in the field and which you can easily follow.

Before you decide on a life coach you should find one with plenty of experience in life. You can always check the references of their previous clients to see how effective they are.

The beauty of having a life coach is that your journey is clearly mapped out for you in easy to follow steps. This way you can easily see if you are straying from your chosen path and correct it.

Besides life coaches, this writer also regularly gives advice regarding metal shelves and removable wall decals.
