<p>If you were a highly confident and outgoing guy, what type of person would you be? How would you walk? How would you be perceived by other people? What clothes would you wear? How would you feel? Ask yourself these questions to create your perfect version of yourself and then imagine that you are this person. Repeat this exercise on a regular basis (preferably every day) to change your thoughts and increase your self-esteem. If you want to get somewhere, first you need to know where you&#8217;re going!</p>
