<p>This has been a problem for me my entire life. Honestly, one that seems to get worse as time goes on. I&#8217;ve learned to deal with most of the problems that stem from my social anxiety. Assaulting myself with alcohol is my favorite choice when forced to socialize with others. I always feel looser and more relaxed.</p>
<p>Alcohol didn&#8217;t help with my largest problem however, that is why I sought out sulbutiamine. Despite my young age (26), on the rare occasion a women spends the night with me, I have trouble performing. I know this happens to many people from time to time, but it happens a lot with me. Thereby he arrives at a meditative and peaceful stage where no other thoughts occur to disturb his tranquility.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the seventies, Gordon Gallup Jr. unleashed the idea of a mirror test. This test was meant to measure self-awareness. It had its fundamentals based on Charles Darwin&#8217;s own observations.</p>
<p>What Darwin did was to go to a zoo and once he met up with an orangutan, he took out a mirror and watched how the events unfolded. He took down some remarks about the orangutan&#8217;s facial expressions. He observed that the facial expressions were relevant. The orangutans behaved as if there was a new toy on town or that was simply another animal.</p>
<p>Next, Gallup decided that he would test an orangutan&#8217;s awareness of itself by testing if it can match a reflection with its own image.</p>
<p>The experiment would involve having to print two paint spots on the animals body. One spot is strategically placed at a point of the body where the animal can see clearly. The second spot is purposely hidden from the sight of the animal but still on its body.</p>
<p>The animal will normally show that he can identify that the test dye is the same as the he sees on his own body and ignore the one that is unseen. They have proven to rarely touch those spots if there was no mirror.</p>
<p>It is natural for an animal to view his own reflection on the mirror as another person the first time he sees it. This is the same discovery Darwin made when he did the mirror tests at the zoo. The same applies for a person who has just had his site restored after early blindness.</p>
<p>Among the animals that did well in a mirror test include the gorillas, chimpanzees, bottlenose dolphins orangutans and elephants. Just when people had written off the gorilla additional findings showed that they had passed.</p>
<p>The biggest losers are K9s, cats and human babies. Human beings are just at the line. They have the mirror stage, so to speak, which means that they will not pass until they are well over 18 months old. The same is seen with pigs that can only pass the test once a slight variation is done. Pigs are able to identify a bowl hidden behind a wall if they are given a mirror.</p>

<p>Our mind being a powerful faculty has a system of processing the information that it receives and retaining only that information which is relevant in the back of the mind. But then this is done by the power of the will and only people with strong mindset control their mind and thoughts and many people tend to let thoughts wander in the mind.</p>
<p>The mind has the capability to decide what information would be useful and selectively retain only that information and discard the rest of unwanted information.</p>
<p>The main function of the mind is not only to process and store the thoughts and information, but it also gathers all relevant information, reviews it and by way of objective and logical conclusion helps arrive at the right decision that is required to be taken regarding any subject that is being reviewed.</p>
<p>Once you have identified your priorities, the mind will then focus on only those thoughts and subject in exclusion to the rest of the things. Thus you get the power of concentration to achieve the desired results.</p>
<p>When you have begun to concentrate on your goals alone, you will find that you get clarity of the direction and action to be taken to realize your goals.</p>
<p>Apart from the reasoning, logic and thinking power of the mind which works through the five senses in man, mind is also supported by a sixth sense or intuition that operates from a higher dimension in man&#8217;s mind. This lies dormant in most of us because we are always occupied with the five-sense mind as well as with the restless thoughts that occupy our mind. If we were to practice medication to control thoughts in cultivate intuition, we will be able to perceive the truth in all matters.</p>
<p>Mind has unlimited potential and creativity. It is perfectly elastic and can never exhaust itself from expressing its unlimited capacity. We tend to use only a fraction of the capacity of the mind and that too in unimportant matters to entertain our senses and body. Through self-discipline and clean thinking we can unleash the power of the mind.</p>

<p>An individual&#8217;s personality and the type of pet that he possesses normally have some kind of underlying correlation. It is almost like married couples who as the years go by begin to look more and more like their spouse.</p>
<p>At the University of Hertfordshire which is located in the United Kingdom, a professor carried out an interesting survey on 2,500 different pet owners and their beloved pets. After observing their characteristics, he came to see that the similar traits that they all had were proportional to the time that they spent together with their pets.</p>
<p>This holds a lot of water because the only way that a pet can learn what it knows over time is by repeating actions according to what the master allows or refuses. The time that a pet has with its master therefore dictates its behaviors according to the master&#8217;s own actions.</p>
<p>The characteristics of the pet an individual decides to keep are more often than not similar to the individuals own characteristics or personality. A person with a dog will normally be the type that loves to have fun and go on different adventures for example. The individual with a cat however would be a stable person that you can surely depend on.</p>
<p>If you found an independent person you would probably find out that they loved reptiles while those who kept an aquarium always come across as content individuals.</p>
<p>Maybe people choose their pets according to the way they perceive the moods that are associated with the above mentioned pet. This would suggest that one would choose a pet hoping that it would put them in a certain type of mood.</p>
<p>This therefore pops up the question, is it the pets taking the characteristics of their master or is it us taking on theirs?</p>
